Advanced auto sells for 169$,its a california emission specif. so more pricey than fedral emission. it has 100000 miles of life as bosch stated,it can be installed on Bank 1 sensor 1 (bank 1 means cylinder 1)in my car is behind the engine deep infront of the firewall.. or Bank 2 sensor 1(bank 2 is cylinder 2) is when you open the hood will be infront of your eyes behind the radiator..thats on camry 98 LE V6 with california.the code that i had was P0135 bank 1 sensor 1(circuit malfun) it fixed it...it can fix code P0150 bank 2 sensor 2 as well..no more engine light on,though it wouldnt pass inspection shortly after replacing that sensor ,need to reprogram the modules by doing a driving cycle(long trips)just drive on high way for 20-30min maybe 50 miles of driving. you may need to drive more after replacing to get it pass inspection,some cars are easy to get ready for inspection some not need more driving..

This O2 sensor was the perfect fit for my 99 Toyota. However, you might want to check out Nippon Denso. Their equivalent is cheaper and is the original equipment for the 99 Toyota (V6, California emissions). Didn't find that out until I removed the old O2 sensor and used a magnifying glass to check the parts number.

O2 sensors are tough to remove. Use a 22 mm box wrench and lots of liquid wrench or an equivalent. The O2 slit socket just doesn't cut it. Mine was a 7/8 which is actually 22.2 mm - too loose. The manifold threads were stripped despite my best efforts to remove without any damage. An 18 mm 1.5 chaser (tap) easily fixed (cleaned) the threads on the manifold. Not a very tough fix but it did take several trips to Sears to get the tools I needed to complete the job.

Car has been running great with no check engine light (I cleared the codes after replacing the O2 sensor). This Bosch O2 sensor works and that is the bottom line.
